The Shibuya Room Divider is available in four standard heights and comes with adjustable feet:

• Height 250 cm (including adjustable foot - Suitable for ceiling heights from 255 cm to 260 cm.)
• Height 255 cm (including adjustable foot - Suitable for ceiling heights from 260 cm to 265 cm.)
• Height 260 cm (including adjustable foot - Suitable for ceiling heights from 265 cm to 270 cm.)
• Height 265 cm (including adjustable foot): Suitable for ceiling heights from 270 cm to 275 cm.)

How do I schedule a delivery appointment?

After completing your order, you will typically receive an email (and SMS) with a track & trace link no later than the next business day. Additionally, as a customer, you can select a delivery day up to 10 calendar days in advance.

Delivery time slots

Deliveries take place on business days between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The day before delivery, you will receive an initial time window. On the day of delivery, this time window will be updated multiple times, becoming progressively narrower and more accurate.

Premium Service

• The product will be delivered to the desired, easily accessible location by default.
• The product will be unpacked at the desired location, and packaging materials will be removed.
• A cosmetic inspection will be carried out. In case of damage, photos will be taken. You can choose to accept the product with damage or refuse it.
• If there is no elevator in the building, delivery will not go higher than the third floor.
• Note: Room divider packages have unusual dimensions of 281x112x15 cm. Delivery can only be made if the package fits in the elevator or can be moved through the available space (e.g., staircases).

Number of delivery attempts

A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made. If the first attempt fails, you will automatically receive an email allowing you to schedule a new appointment. Please note that this new appointment must be scheduled within five business days; otherwise, the order will be canceled. If the maximum of two attempts is reached and delivery is still unsuccessful, the shipment will be canceled and returned to our warehouse. Any re-deliveries after the two attempts will incur additional costs.

Adjustable feet (standard option)

The room divider is easy to install yourself by clamping the product between the floor and ceiling using the included adjustable feet.

Wall mounting

Is your ceiling too high? Then the room divider can be mounted on a wall using a matching room divider wall mount.
